0 responses 0 comments Puppies present a great oppurtunity for cute photos but are extremely difficult subjects to work with. Our two beagles had six puppies this summer and trying to get all eight dogs to pose on a backdrop was hard work. Shown in the photo is the father, Charlie, and his daughter, Purple. I originally had all six puppies in the scene but by the time I held up my camera all but Purple had wandered off. Luckily, she chose just that moment to rest her head on top of her father's. My camera shoots 3fps but by the time I got another shot off, she had wandered off as well.
