Fall is officially here, but before we warm up the cider and pick out our pumpkins, we want to give one last hurrah to the fun of summer!

That’s why the theme for this month’s TheJHub.com photo contest is outdoor activities – hiking, camping, fishing, mountain biking, etc. Upload your best outdoor photos on TheJHub.com (one entry per person, please!) for a chance to win a $50 gift card to Sportsman’s Warehouse. Plus, the top three photos will be featured in an upcoming print edition of TheJHub.com in the Idaho State Journal.

Here are the official rules for the contest:

-Post an “article,” be sure to make the category “photos” and upload your photograph

-Put “photo contest” somewhere in the title of the article

-Add a quick note about where the photo was taken and what inspired you

-One entry per person

-Deadline for entries is Sunday, Oct. 21

-Winners will be announced on TheJHub.com by Tuesday, Oct. 23

-Prizes: The first place winner will receive a $50 gift card to Sportsman’s Warehouse. The top three photos will be published in an upcoming version of TheJHub.com in print

-The photo must be the original work of the entrant

-Entries will be judged by the Idaho State Journal photo staff, and they’ll be looking for photo quality, creativity, and how well the photo represents the theme
