Responsible Dog Ownership Day will be Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at OK Ward Park. To get there, go to Exit 61 from Interstate 86. Go south on Yellowstone Avenue, right to Quinn Road and then to the park. Hosted by the Pocatello Kennel Club, there will be an AKC agility trial among other activities. The local event is part of a nationwide celebration through the American Kennel Club. For more information, call Christine Nelson at 709-8322.
