Summer concerts move to Thursdays
Pocatello — Idaho State University's well-known summer concerts on the Quad have been changed to Thursday nights at 6 p.m.
In past years everyone has come to identify summer concerts with Wednesdays, which now competes with Revive @ 5. This will give the opportunity for the community to enjoy both events every week.
Summer concerts on the Quad will begin May 29 at 6 p.m. Rough Stock Band from Malad will be performing with Austin Weaver opening. Rough Stock Band is a high-energy country band that will cater to the audience. They play old country, new country, originals and even a little rock and roll.
Summer concerts are free to everyone that attends, however, if you bring canned or non-perishable goods you can exchange them for ISU summer gear. All goods will be donated to the Idaho Food Bank.
