I like the hunting, hiking, mountain biking, skiing an proximity to Yellowstone. After living in Texas for twenty-five years, I really enjoy the cool dry air of the mountains in the evenings.

Having spent more than two decades in Southern California, I can tell you this region is just what the doctor ordered. No helicopters in the air. No sound of gunfire in the neighborhoods at night. No noise of screeching tires or vehicles colliding. Peaceful and with nice people.

Since moving to Idaho my husband and I feel like we are living in paradise. Nice people, mountains, rivers, hiking, fishing, great gardening, lots of fun activities for the whole family, low cost of living... what more could a person want?

Hey, it's all about the freaking potatoes.

My favorite part about Idaho is that it’s a bit of everything. We’ve got northern Idaho with snow and tall trees and then all the way down to southern Idaho with desert and sagebrush. I love how we have wolves and fishing and of course the best of all; mountains! Personally, I think Mackay, ID is the coolest place ever. The stars are like fish in the water, the snow on the mountains like clouds in the sky, and the wind like a river. Ah, I want to go back there!

I thought that the above sentance was very well written and expressive! Talk about creating a picture in ones mind! Congrats to the author - nice job! GOT MORE???
