25th annual Bear Lake Raspberry Days Festival in Garden City, Utah.
Bring the kids but leave the pets at home. No motorized vehicles on bike trail.

New rodeo dates! August 1 and 2 at the Laketown Arena.
Tickets at local retailers. Pre-sale prices: ages 12 and over $7, at gate $8. 4 to 11 $4. Ages 3 and under are free.

Wednesday, August 6
Miss Berry Princess Contest at 6 p.m. with Miss Utah 2007 Heather Anderson at the Garden City Park.
All contestants must be between the ages of 4 and 6 years old as of Aug. 1, 2008 and be permanent residents of Rich and Bear Lake Counties.
Entry form and $10 application fee must be received by Tuesday, July 25.

Thursday, August 7
Craft Fair from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Garden City Park

Children's parade at 5:15 p.m. Sing up at 4 p.m. at 250 S. Bear Lake Blvd.
Raspberry Days Parade at 5:30 p.m.

Friday, August 8

Craft Fair from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Garden City Park
Entertainment from noon to 8 p.m. at Garden City Park. Rodeo Royalty at noon and Hypnotist Kerri Sharp at 3 p.m.
Free Family Street Dance from 8:30 to 11 p.m. at 100 W 50 S. Garden City.

Saturday, August 9

Pancake breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m.at the LDS church lawn in Garden City
Raspberry Days 5k fun run. Pre-registration at www.runnercard.com. Starts in Laketown at 8 a.m. Pre-registration cost is $15, $20 day of race. Check in and registration at 7 a.m. There will be ribbons for all age categories.
Craft fair from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Garden City Park
Entertainment at Garden City Park from 3 to 5 p.m. featuring the Crossroads Band.
Fireworks at 10 p.m. Best seen from Garden City Park.

The shuttle will run from Ideal Beach, Blue Water Beach, the park, LDS church in Graden City, Harbor Village and the KOA Campground, Please check at these locations for shuttle schedules and routes. Free parking at LDS church at 250 S. Bear Lake Blvd.
