Idaho Endurance Festival Celebrates the Season in Old Town Pocatello
On September 26-27, 2008, the Idaho Endurance Festival will be the season finale run, walk, hike, and bike party in fall colors. A celebration of endurance events brought together for an amazing weekend of fun and personal challenge. The Endurance Festival Village in Old Town Pocatello is the place for food, fun, entertainment, live music, beer and wine garden, booths, vendors, awards and other festivities. This event will highlight the amazing resources Pocatello has to offer the outdoor enthusiast of all levels and ages.
Fun Friday includes the Endurance Festival Village, the Crazy Course obstacle course and a Pasta Dinner. On Saturday, pick your event from scenic road categories including The Run 5K and 10K, Get Cyc’d road cycling, and the I Du duathlon; or amazing off-road trail categories consisting of the Trek to the Top of a peak by trail running and/or hiking, Bike to the Top mountain biking, and the Peak Two Peak off-road duathlon. There will also be the Kids to the Top Village Camp and Challenge, a free kids bike event, and a kids run event for ages 5-12. Enjoy entertainment and awards on stage in the Endurance Festival Village after your event.
