My Music:
Wrote the Official Song of Houston Texas called "Houston Is My Home", Have worked with Grammy Winners Paul Gilman (Whiter Shade Of Pale), Leon Russell, The Marshall Tucker Band, and many others. Performed in the Houston Astro Dome and one of the first Artists on VH1. First Manager was Arch Yancey, Manager to Elvis Presley. One of the Leading Downloaded Artists in Europe and Asia.
Started Savage Music Studios in 1991 teaching vocal techniques for commercial and broadcast performance. Works with Warren Barigian, Vocal coach to Cher, Kenny Loggins, Bette Midler and many others.
My Work:
Works as a Nutritional BioChemist and Formulary for South Pacific Health Enterprises inventing All Natural and Holistic Formulas for Complementary, Integrative and Alternative Health Programs. Has consulted with groups from Harvard, Stanford, UCLA, SCRIPTS, University of Massachusetts in Microbial growth and regrowth and Stem Cell Technology.
Has been Published over 17,000 times in National and International journals and newsletters for Food and Beverage, Health and Legal magazines and organizations.
Current Projects:
Currenty working on Functional Food projects with international food companies so that their products not only taste great, but they also have functional health advantages...sweeteners that help prevent diabetes, Flours that help prevent high cholesterol and blood pressure, Fats that help speed up the metabolism and aid in weight loss. Most of these inventions are not only tested health wise, but also tested by Certified Chefs to make sure that they function well in the kitchen and in taste tests. These products have been used in the Health Care Industry and Food industry for over 5 years, preferred by Certified Chefs to Alternative or Chemical sweeteners on the market today. Other projects include evironmental products and Skin Care products.
My Passions:
My husband, my children and my home. I use to teach Interior Design at Rice University in Houston Texas under Athelea Curry and specialized in Lime Plaster designs and Faux Finishing. My home is done in Venetian Plaster, Italian Spatulata, Bellagio, and 3-D murals. I also like to do Verticle Concrete work and create and design Concrete Sinks. We use to own a Landscape Design Business down in Houston, so I also like to Landscape, especially with indigenous plants.
