About Us

Welcome to TheJHub.com, a community Web site produced by the Idaho State Journal. This is a place for everyone in Southeastern Idaho to come together and tell their stories. It’s also a great way to meet people and find out about local happenings.

We know you have stories to tell. How about the service project you did last weekend? What about the time your kid hit his first home run? Or the camping trip that turned into a weekend of mosquito-infested misery? They’re great stories, and they’re all your stories. The JHub is the place to tell them.

Here are a few of the features The JHub has to offer:

  • Create a profile for yourself or your organization. You can list interests and contact info, connect with other users, and send and receive messages.

  • Publish a blog on any subject you like – life in Pocatello, your experiences in a local organization or the delicious lasagna you made last night.

  • Write articles without going through a middle-man. Here’s your chance to get the news out yourself. Consider articles on everything from local events to behind-the-scenes looks at your organization to reviews of new movies.

  • Add events to the community calendar. The JHub is designed to be the center of life in Southeastern Idaho, and you can make sure that everyone knows about your event by listing it on The JHub’s calendar.

  • Upload photos and video. Record local happenings from your perspective, and then share them with other JHub users.

The JHub.com is all about you, and it depends on you to tell your stories, add calendar events, and comment on other stories/photos/blogs to make this site the center of life in Southeastern Idaho. Get involved today, and start telling us your story.
