Sounds like poor Larry got rushed into a bad decision, right? They must have put the spurs to him and taken him to court right after his arrest, ehhh?
Nope. He was arrested June 11, he went to court August 8. Larry had 24 days to think it over, consult with any of hundreds of attorneys he probably came in contact with during that time, and choose his best strategy.
He pled guilty because he knew the cop had witnessed enough suspicious behaviors to warrant arrest. Now that it’s public he wants to claim the officer “misconstrued” his actions.

Should a recall petition be started for his lies, for his getting arrested in such a low situation, for being on probation for a year?
