Far away and high in the mountains of Idaho sometimes you can see some strange things.
There is a spot in the Idaho Outback called "Marsh Creek". One day a couple of men driving a cement truck watched a little dog covered in porcupine quills come up to them. She asked for their help. The men knew instantly that this dog was a princess in disguise and they agreed to help her. She told them that she had lost her way and that her name was "Princess Poke".
The men called the Bannock County Sheriff for help on their magic phone. Then the sheriff, who also wanted to help a princess in distress, called P.A.W.S. Arrangements were quickly made and a volunteer met the men at the truck stop and rescued the princess.
The princess had quills in her mouth and nose and could not eat or drink. She had lost weight and was thin and dehydrated. The volunteer knew she had rescued the princess just in the nick of time. She...
