Mystique Theater - Press Release - May 29, 2008
Bye, Bye, Birdie
In 1962 President John F. Kennedy, Jr. recommended that "all prudent American Families have bomb shelters". While that statement is not currently as useful, it is supported by the MacAfee Family of the make-believe city of Sweet Apple, Idaho. The MacAfees and whole town of Sweet Apple can be seen at Mystique Theater in their production of Bye, Bye Birdie. Tickets are available with or without dinner by calling the Box Office at 238-8001.
The MacAfees include Doris played by Tamara Johnson, Randolph played by Taylor Woodland, Harry played by Ross Bronson and Kim played by Lauren Schow. "President Kennedy would be so proud, we are such a great American family," comments Harry MacAfee.
