Hunting season

I can't wait to go deer hunting with my dad this year. He claims to be the greatest hunter ever! But... we dont get a deer every year. LOL I'm still pumped. I find that just hiking into the middle of no where for a week and not seeing one deer can still build memories and have a great time watching chip muncks run up rocks. Actually, I hope I do get one this year. I tried for elk last year... didn't see anything! It was a sad year. Usually there's a ton of elk and deer in Soda. We went camping up there this summer and deer got into our camp. It was pretty cool. It's funny, I love hunting... but Dad ... maybe Aaron will do ti later... has to gut the animal. I dont do well gutting it. (It's a woman's thing) And I want to be a paramedic... I'm more like... parathetic. Hmmm.... But I will gut my own animal one day and I will be a true hunter. Last time my brother won the hunt with a DOE! Not this year... hehehe. Another season that I"m pumped for is grouse. I'm getting all excited. Maybe this Sunday I'll head up and try to find something. With the drought thought this year being so bad.... I hope the animals didn't high tail it to some other state.
