Yoga in Pocatello
Yoga has been on my mind recently and I would really like to start doing it regularly. Does anyone know anything about the yoga studio here in Pocatello? I have been apprehensive about going, so if anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!

Formula One, The Plot Thickens

As you know if you are an avid Formula One (F1) fan, rookie Louis Hamilton, of McLaren has been dominating this year’s championship; which I am not at all happy about. Then the rookie finally made his first mistake in the Chinese Grand Prix Sunday! I know its cruel but I was ecstatic when I heard that he would not be finishing the race because he had slid off the track and was stuck by pit lane! Finally, my main man, Alonso Fernando, has a very close chance of walking away with the championship, now only being 4 points away!

This next race is the final race and if you have never watched Formula One this would definitely be the race to watch. It is sure to be teeth clenching, heart racing and hand sweating good ol’ racing!

01 Lewis Hamilton 107

02 Fernando Alonso 103

03 Kimi Räikkönen 100

F1 Racing is a ride-on-the-edge sport - I think all motorsports are (or can be) - People ask - what is the big deal; they just drive around in circles all day (NASCAR) - I say YUP - and they are driving next to one another closer than the car parked next to you in WalMart.  Just try and bump someone on the interstate going 75 miles an hour - just pull up and "bump" their bumper...cant do it, can ya??  And these F1 drivers have to be in the best PHYSICAL CONDITION OF THEIR LIVES - with lightning fast reflexes.  These athletes are driving "on the edge" of crashing every lap.  Around every turn.  And the speed and is nothing on tv as compared to being there in real life.

It's very much ok to root for your driver...even if it's rooting against someone...Kinda like rooting against Jeff Gordon.  The amazing talent and ability of anyone that can go 180 mph and win an endurance race without wrecking has got my vote, anyday!!
