...something GOOD to write about!
With all the bad news, crisis and despair in the world, it's time someone found something GOOD to write about. So, I sit here and think to myself - what GOOD happened today?

Hooray!  There are GOOD SAMARITANS still out there!
As I sit at my desk on a cool, Monday morning, I see a car stopped at an odd angle at our driveway on Aurthur street.  So, I go to the door to investigate.  I'm not sure what has happened except that it does not appear to be an accident - There is a young man standing with the drivers door open and he is attempting to push the car off of a busy street.

About that time an Idaho Power Utility truck stops, and the driver gets out and starts pushing the stalled vehicle.  Then, another man stops.  The three of them get this vehicle out of harms way - working together.  I do not know any of these people, and I suspect that they don't know each other either.

But what a wonderful and positive thing to witness - Knowing that there are still people out there willing to lend a hand without worrying about getting sued for some dumb thing.  And whether or not these people ever cross paths again, it has left a warm fuzzy with me!

Pocatello seems to have a lot of good citizens and I have to say it is more than refreshing coming from a HUGE city, no one ever stops and helps you if you are broken down, no one looks at you either (unless its creepy looks, hehe).

Small cities are the way to go if you enjoy joyful people! :)

Thank You Pocatello Citizens!!
