The Baby Arrives!
She came yesterday morning, 10 days before the due date. And the labor was a very quick one. The painkillers didn't even take effect until after she was out -- OUCH! Nonetheless, our new baby is another healthy bundle of joy and is currently resting with mommy. -- Michael 8 comments from 4 users

I know how it feels to have a baby with no drugs. . . my anesthesiologist was two hours late! By the time he got there it was too late! OUCH! But well worth it. Can't wait to see pictures. How many children do you have? Jen posted by

OK for all the little old ladies on the group - you need to do this right - Her name? Weight? Length? So, you have lots of cute photos! Great! Where are they? Hugs, congrats and God bless your little family! Maxine & Joe Baird posted by

Thank you for your questions, Maxine. Ella was born at 6:06 a.m. and was 7 pounds, 13 ounces. She is 18 inches long. Ella is a strong, quiet baby who hardly ever cries. She has a tiny diamond-shaped mouth, reminding us of what a jewel she is. My other kids love her and are very proud. Ella is in that beautiful stage where when she is in my arms, she starts hunting at my chest (for things I can't offer). Then I turn her over to my wife. The hospital took photos which are available online, I just need to get the link info. Many relatives took photos too, which I need to acquire.
