Well, I attended the Comedy Project's show tonight. It was a great experience. What a stress reliever. You know they say laughter is a great release of stress and makes you healthier. Well after tonight I am healthy as a horse. My sides ache and my throat is sore but I sure could use the laughter after my week. Well the funeral is over and we have all said our good byes. There were a few people there and people spoke of how Unkie had touched their lives. You know at the age of 89 it is really hard for the people in his age bracket to make it to a funeral. One gentleman that was there knew Unkie from college and they shared an apartment with 3 other guys. Believe it or not the apartment was only $30 a month and included utilities. They split the cost between 5 people. ...
As I sit here typing today I am reflecting on my life. Tomorrow I will be attending the funeral of my great uncle. He is the baby brother of my grandma. I remember as a small child thinking he was such a cool guy. He was fun and accepted me no matter what. We spent many holidays together because his home was only 2 blocks from my grandma's.
As I looked into the coffin tonight I didn't even recognize the man I lovingly called Unkie. He was so frail...

I really want to know what exactly do you love and hate about Pocatello. Being born and raised here I guess I am a little biased. I realy like it here. I know that there is a lot of things we lack compared to other cities, but I really think we are doing good. Compared to a few years ago when they said we were going to be a ghost town very soon. Heck we were even on a national radio show.
