Usually I am lucky enough not to get sick.  But, the Pocatello Crud really kicked my butt.  Yes, believe it or not I didn't go to work on Friday.  I had deadlines and I actually missed them because I was flat on my back in bed. 

I noticed I wasn't feeling the greatest on Wednesday when my throat started hurting.  I really didn't think much of it.  I came to work on Thursday and I knew something was wrong.  I kept sneezing and coughing.  Everybody at work has been sick so I guess it was my turn.  I thought it wouldn't be more than just the throat.  Boy was I wrong.  After I left work it really kicked in.   I started getting the chills and the sweats. Then the body aches. When I woke up the next morning I was in bad shape.  I knew I better not go to work.  I never thought I would be so miserable.

If you can avoid it  DO!! 

I still have a cough, but when I called urgent care they said it wouldn't be something they could help with.  Just take cold medicine and stay in.  Well I did and I will be back to work on Monday.  I missed my 2nd home and all the clients I work with.  Hope to hear from everyone this week. COUGH COUGH COUGH
